Special Meeting Notice
The Operating Committee of the Ellsworth Area Ambulance Service will hold a special meeting at 151 South Plum Street in the Village of Ellsworth at 7:00 pm on September 10th, 2020. Agenda items include: Call to order; discuss and take action related to provision of Medical Direction Services for Ellsworth Area Ambulance Service. The Committee may convene in closed session as authorized by Wis. Stat. § 19.85 (1) (e) as it relates to contractual discussion for Medical Direction Services; return to open session; open discussion and adjourn the meeting.
Special Note: Due to COVID-19, brief health screening will be required of all entering the building. Physical distancing and face coverings will be required in accordance with instructions set forth by The Office of the Governor in Emergency Order #1.
Ellsworth Area Ambulance Service is a rural Non-Profit 501 (c) (3) EMS service in western Wisconsin that provides 24/7 Paramedic care to the Village of Ellsworth and surrounding townships including Trimbelle, Hartland, El Paso, Martell, Salem, and Trenton. The service also provides Paramedic support to Maiden Rock/Plum City EMS. EAAS is staffed by a full time Director, Paramedics, Per Diem Paramedics, and paid on call EMTs, AEMT's, and Paramedics.
