The Operating Committee of the Ellsworth Area Ambulance Service will hold its regular quarterly meeting at 151 South Plum Street in the Village of Ellsworth at 5:00 pm on July 15, 2020 Agenda items include: Call to order; Introductions; Review and approval of agenda; Review and approval of previous meeting minutes; Financial Report; Directors Report; Region’s EMS and Medical Director Report; Medical Direction Changes; Budget Discussion; Capital Expenditures requests; Policy Manual Revisions; HR Consult Services and retired ambulance disposition. Committee may convene in closed session as authorized by Wis. Stat. § 19.85 (1) (e) as it relates to future contract negotiations; Open discussion; and adjourn the meeting.
Ellsworth Area Ambulance Service is a rural Non-Profit 501 (c) (3) EMS service in western Wisconsin that provides 24/7 Paramedic care to the Village of Ellsworth and surrounding townships including Trimbelle, Hartland, El Paso, Martell, Salem, and Trenton. The service also provides Paramedic support to Maiden Rock/Plum City EMS. EAAS is staffed by a full time Director, Paramedics, Per Diem Paramedics, and paid on call EMTs, AEMT's, and Paramedics.
